5 Ways Chiropractors Can Use Photos to Educate Their Community
While there are many more ways to educate the chiropractic community, we will start with 5. The main point we want to make with your photos is that they are visually supporting and reassuring in their choice to work with you. Overall, the photos we want to share clearly show warmth and professionally yet approachable vibe that your clients will be drawn to and love. We want to take the fear out of chiropractic adjustments and reassure them with the correct supporting visuals that they know what to expect when they book an appointment with you.
Below is a starting point of 5 ideas of how to use your brand photos to communicate to your chiropractic community, why YOUR clinic! You’ll also see the supporting visuals of a chiropractic clinic located in Sumner, WA.

One: How Chiropractic Helps With Everyday Pain
Demonstrate common concerns like neck tension, headaches, lower back discomfort and don’t forget the extremities. You want to show relatability for the general community.
Visually this could look like showing adjustments on specific areas or talking to your clients and demonstrating within the photos.
Two: How an Initial Consultation Looks
Show the chiropractor talking with patients, reviewing intake forms, or discussing symptoms. This removes fear or uncertainty for new patients on what to expect when they arrive.
Visually this could also look like shaking hands (or hugging clients if this is your welcome sequence) and greeting clients in the lobby, talking with clients at any point during the consultation process.
*As a note on screens for HIPAA compliance names, birthdates, address and any other personal information can be removed post process and in the editing stage. If you didn't know I was a massage therapist for 13 years and I understand not violating HIPAA. On an additional note the 'client' models within photos can be actual clients or model representation with signed model release.
Three: Tools + Equipment Explained
Show tools like the activator, traction table, SOT blocks, drop tables, TENS machines, X-ray devices, cold laser therapy or massage guns just to name a few. Then pair this with explanations about what they do, how they help and who they're for.
Visually ALL of your different tools and equipment would be photographed in a few different ways. These can all be photographed in a few different ways, used to give branded stock type photos as well as being used with a "client" model
Four: Gentle Adjustment Techniques
Capture hands on, low force adjustments to show that chiropractic care isn’t harsh or intimidating especially when working on small bodies.
Visually if you do manual adjustment do show you adjust to show the best care possible.
Five: Exercises Using Clinic Equipment
Resistance bands, foam rollers, balance tools and all other equipment you would demo and show practical education for pain prevention and strengthening after the client walks out of the clinic. This signifies that you care about their health after their adjustments and gives them knowledge to support their own health.
Visually you’d be captured demoing all the different equipment as well as talking them through proper adjustments.
In Conclusion
Education is the quickest way to build trust, sharing your knowledge and generally caring about working with them through a plan that could result in you seeing them less. The future thinking business owner is giving your clients the knowledge to support their health so they will in turn always come back to you (client retention) when something comes up and then refer you to their friends, family, neighbors or anyone else who will listen to their fantastic recommendation of your business.
This is a start on ways to educate and share your business with your future community of clients. A full brand photoshoot will also take a variety of headshots, feature your space and depending on the diversity of your ideal clients we’d also feature all of that within a photoshoot.
