What are my Duo and Quad Package Sessions?

In this blog post I want to talk about my Duo and Quad Session options. I’m going to first start off as a Q&A then go into an example.

What are Duo and Quad sessions and how are they different from single sessions?

My Duo Package is 2 sessions within a year

The Quad Package is 4 sessions within a year

These sessions are meant to be under two hours of session time, since we will be seeing each other a few times this should be rolling fairly quickly. The first session might go a little longer and that is just fine, but the following sessions will usually go a little faster since we’ve worked with each other before and understand how the other works.

I do also add a few extra images when you choose either of these package options.

Who are Duo/Quad Sessions for?

The business owner who wants fresh content, always showing their current look, seasonal looks, multiple locations on different days, shorter sessions.

Why would you choose my Duo or Quad sessions?

Seasonal Looks

The single sessions, I try to keep the look as neutral as possible so that way you can easily use them any time and any season. While the multiple sessions we can have seasonal looks. Especially if your first session is in winter time, most likely we will be indoors, the following session(s) we can select an outdoor location if that is on brand in late spring to early fall. 

Regular Updated Content

If you’re constantly using social media, newsletters or posting regular blog posts you can keep your images fresh and new. You’ve also got variety to pull from and use and don’t have to keep using the same images over and over. 

What does a Duo/Quad Session look like?

I still take you through my whole process. Discovery call, intake, Trello boards, shoot planning video call, photoshoot, you selecting your images. Then for the 2nd-4th sessions we do another shoot planning call before the photoshoot. 

The follow up sessions will usually consist of a different location, different outfits and seeing what your next set of images mood will be. After the first set you’ll have an even better idea of what images you use the most. 

How often are these sessions?

The Duo Package ideally you'd have your first session then your second session would be two quarters later, but we could push it to three.

The Quad Package would be one session every quarter.

These two package options are meant to be done within a year.

MY SESSION WITH LEAH WAS THE DUO PACKAGE

Her first session was done in March and we focused on a spring feel. We went out to the garden to clip some fresh herbs and her table and food choices were all towards that fresh and new feel of spring. We also added in the together and being around the table with fresh made food. We took her ritual photos both inside and outside. You can see her first session photos here.

Leah’s second session was taken in November with the mood of winter. Her table choices were a little darker and cozier. Not only that but her business and brand went through a big change. She has had to remove a part of her offering, the genealogy part of her business and just focusing on the personal chef for retreats. This session was all about her cooking and showing her prepping food as well as the part of her leading. Of course we still kept in her rituals and writing part of her story.
