Quarter 2 Lifestyle Headshots in Woodinville, WA
Every quarter Liz and I plan lifestyle headshots for business owners. These budget friendly headshots are a chance for you to get updated headshots and most importantly get to know me and how I photograph. Getting your photos taken can be intimidating. And while I do believe getting a full branding session is a very good investment (and tax write off) for your brand, I understand that it can be overwhelming to start.
These sessions are meant to be a taste of what it is like to work with me. Liz and I find new rentals each quarter, to give a variety to each session. Each rental gives us a little different look and some looks will fit your brand better than others. I do like to give a neutral option at each rental as well as something that can be more personalized and adds the lifestyle part into your photos.
These sessions are my only offer for headshot only sessions. I don't offer one off headshots for individuals, I don't have my own studio space to make that an easy offer. These are maxed out to only 14 participants and we do two time slots, so you can also network a little with the other attendees and chat. With the spaces and time slots this is a great time to help calm the nerves and watch me work before you get in front of the camera.
Image Delivery
After the event each person will get their own individual gallery to select their 2 images and purchase extra images at an additional cost. The proofing and selecting gallery is delivered within the a week and then the final edited images are delivered within a week of selecting (and paying extra invoices) gallery. Typically final images will be delivered within 2 weeks of the session, it can be a little longer if it takes you more time to select your images.
Location
Quarter 2's location was in Woodinville at Studio Bish. It was a nice well light white studio with a few great simple backdrop options. There was a wooden wall, white wall and 3 couches to use, it gave some great variety within the smaller space.
Props
A few different on brand props were brought with. Including a mug that was also shared for with another woman, which was the best to see others sharing and supporting each other. There was also a few art supplies that were used in their photos. I love when business owners bring on brand props to interact with, it really adds a personal and connecting touch to the images.
Easy things to bring for these lifestyle headshots are smaller interactive props as well as you can do a simple outfit change like taking off a blazer or adding a shawl. Those quick on and off top changes are perfect to give a little different look to photos. I do over shoot these so you do have a variety to choose from and I do show you the back of the camera to make sure you see at least 2 images that you could select.
